"We requested an inspection for a potential leak. Mr. Goh was very thorough in his inspection and stated that the moisture we were seeing was from improper bathroom venting rather than roof leaking. He gave me some pointers and things to watch for, but never tried to sell a product of service since he believed we did not need anything. Although I did not *hire* Mr. Goh, I would do so had there been a need."
