"Great. The Office Staff was very patient in answering all my questions. She explained what my options were, the cost and what each item in the inspection included. I had a question, of course, after I received the report. I was called back not only by the office but, right away by the person that did the inpection. Dennis Cwalina performed the required inspection and sent a report with detailed pictures to the insurance company. Dennis performed a very thorough inspection of my home, both inside and outside and an equally detailed report of his findings. He arrived exactly at the agreed upon time, explained what he was looking at (and for) during each step of the process, and sent the detailed report to both myself and the insurance company before leaving my home. "I had an estimate from a franchise company. Then Derek from Capstone came and inspected the attic but was not able get inside all the way. He returned 2 days later to cut pieceof wood that was blocking his entry. The other company was little cheaper but i decided to go with Capstone because he did a thorough inspection and I realized he knew what he was doing. He kept me informed about the date. Two guys showed up on time and knew exactly what they had to do. Nate and Josue got zo work. They were ery helpful and cooperative. They vacumed all the all onsulation. They returned next day , checked the pressure for leaks. They swaled all air spaces lĺinstalled new insulation. Cleaned up ,showed is video and photos. Grest job Nare and Josue,thank you a ll."

"Eric and Steven changed my entire opinion of the roofing industry. I always thought it was another business that could get you to commit to unnecessary repairs by instilling fear in you. But not these gentlemen. They knocked on my door and pointed out some issues that I was unaware of that could become a problematic sometime down the road. Being that I’m not a professional roofer, I got a second opinion from another company. Turns out my roof was very damaged.. much worse than I ever imagined. I received a quote from the same company that provided the report and it was to the tune of 30k in repairs. I immediately called Eric and Steven back and had them provide their own quote, which turned out to be 30% less. Repairs started that weekend and we completed the following Friday. With the money saved, from working with Edge, I also replaced my gutters and flashings. My roof is now good for another 20 years. I will be referring them to all friends and family."
