This is a rental property and I met Ray from Bradford and Sons onsite.  He was on time, very personable, polite and professional.  Ray advised what he planned to do in advance and the amount of time he anticipated it taking.  He had all tools and equipment he needed to do the treatment in his van - did not require any onsite resources.  He appears to take pride in his occupation and was glad to answer questions in relation to the termite inspection/treatment and also other pest control concerns - and to share what he does to stay current with field knowledge, safe use of chemicals....  This property has an extremely narrow opening to get into the crawlspace and can be difficult for many to navigate.  Ray was unable to go underneath the property, but in order to do  a thorough inspection - offered to return with another employee who would be able to get under the house.  Ray followed up and within the week had recontacted me with a date for that follow up visit, which should be next week. 

Prior to doing an interior pest control inspection Ray offered information on the other services that they provide, which also included discounts for Angie's Lists members.  He explained the other services (which he was prepared to accomplish at that time if necessary &/or desired), but was not high pressure in any manner - and offered for me to take my time to consider them and to let me know if I should want to have them done in the future.

This deal includes follow up home inspections for a total of 5 years for termite activity, I felt a very good price for the ground exterior treatment and follow ups.  I would recommend using this company and especially Ray!

At that time, he gave me an estimate of all the work I needed completed so I knew exactly what I was getting into. Thereafter, the added benefit was that he did most of the remodeling. He added a closet to an unused room and matched the crown molding and doors to create a forth bedroom that fits seamlessly into my home; He removed 2400 square feet of popcorn ceilings and left them flawless; Removed a wall between the breakfast room and the family room creating a great room; Built solid wooden shelving in the entire rear of the two-car garage and a ramp into the shed; I highly recommend Jiri for home inspection and any needs regarding carpentry and home improvement.
