From the moment Ms Connie answered the phone to the moment my report arrived via email - and truthfully well beyond, they were with me every step of the way. They explained the process, they were patient and made me feel like I was there one and the only customer - truly valued. And that was simply the interaction. On the delivery front, they provided me with a detailed, well-written and laymen-understanding report on the property I hired them to inspect an old Victorian style home built in 1903 where there would be obvious concerns. In fact, I dropped by mid-way through the inspection process and Jesse took the time to show me in person the most concerning issues about the home.
