"Troy explained the process to me on his initial visit. He performed a complete inspection and handled the estimate and negotiations with my insurance company. The crew that came to my home on the day we scheduled for the work to be done was very courteous. Yhey spread tarps on the ground to catch any debris that came from removing the old roofing materials. The work was completed in faster time than I had imagined ant the property was left clean any mess..It has been over 2 years since the roof was necklaced and I am still very pleased with the results."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
