"Dave Allen did a professional job inspecting the new house that we are about to purchase next week. Although it is new construction, Dave was able to point out deficiencies that the builder forgot to do. Dave inspected the roof, attic, all rooms, covered patio, garage and appliances to include the house exterior and yard. I feel that the money spent on this home inspection was worth it because I feel more assured that, we are buying a home with minimal deficiencies. Dave also educated me on the electrical and plumbing situations on how the house was built. This information will surely be helpful some day in the future.
