"I have been working with John since Aug/Sept to inspect a new home that we bought, being built in Winter Springs. John was very responsive and easily reachable, and understanding as we waited on the home to be complete for inspection. Phil came out to do the inspection and was very thorough, found some issues in some of the home systems (plumbing and electrical) as well as some smaller issues. "The tech came in and did a through inspection on the stove top. He reported the problem to Choice Home Warrenty. It was determined that is was more cost effective to replace the whole oven. (It was all one piece). I only had to pay the service fee on my contract. The response time from CHW was very good but with COVID it took about 2 weeks to find someone to come out."
