"We hired Frey for a really large remodel that included refinishing or replacing all floors, gutting and rebuilding the kitchen, removing and/or shifting walls, gutting and rebuilding 2 large bathrooms, and more. We worked on bids from both Frey and a competitor. Both provided very similar cost estimates, but Frey provided a much more comprehensive report, listing all aspects of the project and costs. With Frey, we worked closely with the designers from the very beginning. The other company introduced us to their designer, who we talked to for 5 minutes at the end of the bid process. The designer was critical to our project, so we were much more comfortable with Frey. The time estimate for the construction completion was long, but it was also the same as the competitor. It was reasonable for the amount of work to be done. We were not living in the home with the construction, so timing wasn’t urgent for us. The work moved along very steadily. There were only minor issues faced along the way. With any project, there will be hiccups outside of the contractor's control. How the issues are handled is what makes a great company. Frey handled all concerns quickly and to our satisfaction. They were always open to communication and were very responsive to questions. In the end, we were able to move in a couple weeks earlier than originally planned. Everything turned out beautifully and just as we had planned. We are very excited to be in our newly remodeled home! We highly recommend Frey to anyone looking for a reliable, well managed, and high quality construction company."

"He was very honest and upfront and said may be 6-8 weeks before could do the roof when awarded work as was very busy. After calling on 10/2 to get update on when might do he ended up being able to do it yesterday or less than 4 weeks. I was very impressed they did job for price and in one day with full tear off finding no nails or anything left laying on ground. He is very honest person with hard working crew and was less expensive than anyone else. I could tell right away he was honest person which is so very important when getting work done on your home. The overall quality of his work is very....very..... good for a very fair price. You might find another roofing company that may get graded excellent on overall quality but you will also be paying three to five thousand dollars more for this same job."

 My request is described as follows: Hello, I live in Waterford & have an unidentified roof/window/siding leak. Source undetermined. Apparently it has been there for quite some time and has rotted wood in the garage attic, on the roof and under the siding of the upper level on one side of the house. Can you provide estimate for repair? 

When I spoke to Tami, she informed me that they do not repair siding. I told her my request may or may not involve roof/window/siding replacement or repairs. She offered to have someone come out and provide an estimate although the estimator is only available from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. I explained that I work during the day and asked if I could have the estimator come either before 8:00 a.m. or after 4:00 p.m. She said that was not an option. I then asked if I could make arrangements to have someone meet with the estimator during the estimator time frame. She said no, the homeowner would have to be present. I then told her I don't think Infinity can help me since they would not consider the siding aspect of my repair or allow any flexibility in the estimator time frame. She abruptly hung up.
