"I found Beantown Home Improvement when I went to a home show in January of 2018 I talked a little at the time to several groups there about siding and later set up appointments to visit my home. I like Beantown Home Improvement for several reason Jim the owner gave me several phone numbers of jobs down in the past to call which I did and I talked to 7 different home owners who had similar work done on their home and all were very happy with the way their project went. Beantown was very up front with all the information cost etc. What I like the most about them was when I sent a email with a question I had a answer sometimes in ten minutes but always with in the hour regardless of when I sent the email or what day I sent it there was no chasing after the contractor to get the job done or answer question. Once the job started the crew was here until the job was completed and inspected along with the final inspector by the owner of the company. The crew did a great job each day very respectful clean up the work site each day. I have a fairly large home and they got the job down in less than 3 weeks. Very happy with the work the house looks great"

"Waterman Building & Remodeling is one of the best home repair companies I have worked with. Sales Rep Andy Cannon came over to the house to provide a complete estimate and to provide a brochure on all the various colors available. We were interested in a certain color, and Jenny Schermerhorn sent over pictures and addresses of work they had done using that color shingle. We agreed to the price, which I found very reasonable, and were put on the schedule on 4/14. We were told they were about 8 weeks out so to expect a call in early June, about a week before our appt. They called to tell us they would be over on June 13th. Materials were dropped off shortly after that call. The day of the appointment came, and the crew was here first thing in the morning. Everything was covered properly, and work began. Foreman kept us in the loop as to what was going on. Very nice guy who I loved chatting with. Work was completed in the afternoon, and a thorough cleanup was done using magnets to ensure no loose roofing nails were in the yard. Its been four months since the roof was replaced, and we have had many storms with heavy winds and rain since then with absolutely no issues with the roof."

"After getting a few quotes for a new roof, which we desperately needed - we chose Bel Island Home Improvement. From the minute Andrei came over to walk around and inspect the roof with my husband, we knew we wanted to go with Andrei's group. The whole process took about 4 hours, but it was very informative and left us with a thorough understanding of Power Home Remodeling as a company as well as the services they provide and materials they use. A few reasons we decided to go with Power Home Remodeling were that many of our neighbors have used them for multiple home projects, there was no deposit required before starting the work, and all the services and materials are covered by a lifetime, transferable (single transfer) warranty. The warranty itself provided us comfort because we knew we would be covered for the full time we are in our current home and we would be able to give the next owners some peace of mind. The time between the quote and when actual work was completed was only a couple of weeks. The work was done over the course of two consecutive days (Friday and Saturday) and the cleanup was great. There were two issues with how some of the downspouts were finished (second level not fully attached to the first level, lower level spout in line with fence). However, part of the service is for a Power Home Remodeling inspector to come to the home and inspect the work as well as address any issues. This meeting occurred within a week of the actual work and all of our concerns were addressed and are scheduled to be fixed. All the employees that we interacted with were polite, professional, and explained everything very thoroughly. As mentioned, we will be using Power Home Remodeling for our future siding project and recommend using them for your future housing needs!"
