"Ricky, at Attic 2 Crawl Inspectors, was an extremely professional and thorough inspector. I hired him for a full home inspection that included septic tanks. He spent hours in and around the house looking at every small detail and answered every question that I had. The report was completed and sent to me within a day which is much faster than I had anticipated. He is the only inspector that I could find that would work with my and the homeowners schedules. "The purchase was made in November 2016 but due to inclement weather and cold temperatures the actual project was postponed until suitable weather. Mr. Wilson monitored weather conditions, kept me informed, and the work was scheduled one of the very first days the temperature and weather permitted. The Apex crew were on-the-dot punctual. The work was done in nearly the exact time duration as estimated and the final bill was comparable with the estimate. Their work was done according to regulation and the work inspected -- something that the previous owners had obviously not done when the project was first completed. It is so nice to know that the roof is solid and up to code. It looks nice to not see the rotted boards, and I really appreciate parking and not getting dripped on!"

We all know insurance companies can be slime balls in keeping their end of the bargain, but Indy Roof tops has a great legal footing to ensure insurance are held liable for their expenses. They are super easy to work with, communicates easily and clearly via text which is a millennial’s dream for project management. "I hired Brad to do two of my rental properties. They communicated with the tenants and cleaned up every last nail. They went across the property with magnets to make sure there were no nails in the driveway. They did great work and can’t recommend them enough. After getting bids from three other roofers that were somewhat higher and 1 those quotes was from Redbird Roofing. Their price was a total of $7000 more for the same exact work I had done at two properties that All American restoration did."
