The previous time it was done, it was not done properly so it didn't adhere to the roof. He checked and tightened all fasteners, primered then sealed them and all seams then put two coats of sealant on. "Mr Heldt did a complete and extremely thorough inspection on our 6 year old house. We thought our home being relatively new would have no issues but he went over every inch of the house inside and out and found things that should have been caught when it was built - a broken rafter in the attic, a bathroom vent not connected to the outside and venting into the attic, poor basement drainage in the lowest basement, a support post that wasn’t attached to anything and a water drainage tube that wasn’t buried properly. We are in the process of getting things repaired and feel so much better about the state of our beautiful home now. Before Mr Heldt’s inspection we had no idea we were getting mold in the attic from lack of venting. He also referred us to a roofer to fix three wobbly vents on the roof and also to install heat strips on two roof valleys where ice was building up in bad winters which was starting to result in roof damage."

"The process from getting a bid to the finished roofing project was seamless. The communication between Inland Roofing and us was impeccable. We accepted their bid one week prior to Covid. We were kept informed the entire time of what the status was and when they possibly could begin work. Never once did we worry about anything. Before the project began, they communicated when and who would be on the job and what we were to expect well in advance so if we needed to prepare we had time. They began the work when they said they would and communicated through the entire job, what they were doing and if they were leaving and why. Hayden was the lead on our project and we cannot say enough good about the young man. They respected our property and never damaged anything. Always asked before they assumed. John, the owner, would not accept complete payment until he came out and expected the job. He wanted to be sure all shingles were sealing down as they should be and that our property was clean of any roofing material. We thought it would be a quick inspection but John spent an 1 1/2 looking our roof and gutters for a complete job. The company is top notch and honest!"

"We didn't plan to have a roof inspection. We wanted a contractor to let us know if our current roof could be treated or cleaned to extend its life. We received a full roof inspection without the treatment. An inspection was probably needed but not planned for. He did a through job but we have not had an inspection before so have no benchmarks to compare his work to."

The ONLY one (again with my accompaniment) to walk the roof to test for soft spots and the integrity of the roof sheeting. All work by their contractor (Alberto Construction) was very thorough and complete including the repair of a couple of bad spots in the roof sheeting and the cleanup upon completion of the installation of the new roof."
