"Excellent experience; William (owner & estimator) came out & understood what we wanted & also pointed out some existing issues that needed to be addressed, to include things that we DIDN'T need. As scheduled, his installer (Vadim) did an excellent job. My only concern (not a complaint) was that a thunderstorm was approaching and Vadim insisted on remaining on the roof to finish his work! Fortunately, all went well & he came off the roof under his own power (so to speak)."
