"It began with a detailed inspection of the condition of our roof. Every aspect of the inspection was professional and made my wife and I really comfortable in using their service as opposed to others. "Needed them to inspect the roof for any leaks on a house we were going to purchase. And if there were any leaks, we would hire them to do the repairs. Called them three times before they would set an appt to see the house. They keep saying, that they have been very busy and the owner of the business was out of town. On the day of the appt, we waited for them to show up. After waiting for 1/2 hour, we called and they said that they forgot. Twenty min. later one guy showed up and apologized profusely. He inspected the roof and there weren't any leaks. He asked us if we wanted a letter saying that he inspected the roof and there were no problems. Now, our home buyer agent was with us and said , "Yes, please send it to my e-mail address." She gave him her business card. Waited a few days and she never got a letter from them. So I called and left a mssg for them to send her the letter, gave them her phone number. Waited couple more days and she still did not get the letter or a phone call. The second time I called I told them that I found there business on Angie's List and it gave them a great review and that I would like to hire them in the future if I needed work done on my roof. I would still use there service, because after all I did not pay him to inspect the roof. And there were a lot of rain in June this year and a lot of people found out they had to repair their roofs. Oh the appt was on a Sunday, so we appreciated that.
