He came over the very next day and after a thorough inspection confirmed the roof was in perfect shape (except for some age related issues). However, while inspecting the roof, he discovered a cracked seal around an exhaust pipe and replaced it with a spare one he had in his truck. He also de-clogged my gutter all around the house! In the end, he really surprised me when he said it was all free work as he was on the roof anyways for the inspection!
