"Quick to initially make content and once hired were quite prompt in arriving at the job site. Personable and went right to work. I appreciated that as I do not live in Oregon; my sister occupies the house. It was nice to get something scheduled and completed in a short time. The 2 workers did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards. I would make one suggestion for the crew. It would be helpful for me at least to get an overview of what the project will look like once it gets done. It was a moss removal from my story and a half home. The majority of the work was accomplished using a moss killing spray which is going to take 2-3 months to eradicate moss from the roof. I expected more to have been scraped prior to the addition of the moss spray. A minor miscommunication for which I have at least half of the issue on me. That being said the moss is continuing its decline so the actual end result will be accomplished. Thanks guys."

Filipe showed up in the morning, and said he would do the necessary work right away, as rain was expected again the next day. He replaced missing shingles, and caulked/shingled around two skylights. In addition, he re-set roofing nails and siliconed them in place."
