"Peter arrived the same day I called him, inspected the area that was leaking, took pictures to show me and explain what was happening. He fit my project in on a Saturday a few days later, brought all the materials, installed them and took pictures again. We agreed on the price before he began work. He was very good at explaining everything to me throughout the process, and his years of experience were obvious. He did a complete inspection of the roof and found a couple more spots where exposed nails were rusted and obviously leaking rainwater into my attic.
