"Dave Allen did a professional job inspecting the new house that we are about to purchase next week. Although it is new construction, Dave was able to point out deficiencies that the builder forgot to do. Dave inspected the roof, attic, all rooms, covered patio, garage and appliances to include the house exterior and yard.
