"I have a number of small issues with my roof that I needed to get fixed, so I started calling around on Wednesday to get some estimates.
Ellerman didn't answer when I called, so I left a message asking him to call me back.
About 30 hours later I got a call back from the owner. I told him I had a number of issues I would like him to take a look at and get me an estimate for and listed off a few (but not all) of them. He asked for my address and said he'd try and send somebody out sometime that day. When I told him nobody would be home to point out the issues he said, "that's fine, we'll take a look" and hung up before I could even tell him everything I wanted done.
If he ever showed up, I have no idea as I haven't received any kind of estimate from him.
He also was very reluctant to do any work on metal roofs.

<edit> After speaking with Ellerman some more I believe this was primarily due to poor communication/misunderstanding. I bear him no ill will and in no way wish this to reflect on the quality of his work. </edit>"
