Dave also came by to inspect the roof first and do a preliminary â reconâ to assess the state of the roof, at no cost. He then came prepared with all the tools he needed to remove the thick carpeting of pine needles, uproot all the plants growing up there, chemically treat the moss, clean the skylightâ s and proactively trim all the dead tree branches leaning /almost falling on the roof. He is pleasant, courteous and extremely professional. He was willing to problem solve with us and not just give a price point. We highly recommend him and will continue to use him on a regular basis."

They finished the 18+ square job in one day. This job included replacing the shingles on the main building, two attached porch roofs and a basement entrance. "It went incredibly well. I woke up one morning to a leak in my roof. I knew the roof was going to need to be replaced at some point, but I was hoping I'd get another year out of it. The roof was in bad shape when I bought the house. I immediately started calling all of the roofing companies I could find on Google. It was early so I was leaving voicemails. Kasey from James and Whitney was the first and only one to get back to me in a timely manner. He was incredibly helpful on the phone, walking me through how to put a tarp over the impacted area. When the installation had finished, Kasey inspected every inch of my property to pick up any tiny bits of trash and leave our lawn spotless.
