"Joe Hennelly and his excellent crew did a fantastic job on our roof replacement, from start to finish. First of all, communication with Joe was great, from the initial phone call to the day of the job and throughout the job. The crew knows exactly what it's doing and worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They took great care to protect our home and yard from debris as they stripped the roof. Perhaps most impressive to me was their cleanup: after they were gone, I looked long and hard around the property for any debris they might have missed, and found none! Honestly, there was no evidence in my yard that a roofing job was done at all -- except that the new roof looked great. They truly left things better than they found them. The price was very fair, the work was excellent, and the experience dealing with Joe and his crew was top notch. Highly recommended!"

"All Under One Roof installed a new roof on my home.   I was very impressed with the entire process ... from receiving the proposal, scheduling and the completion of the work.   My personal schedule was a complicated but Troy/John were able to work within it.  This was the best roofing experience I ever had !  
The work was done under some very trying conditions - very cold and blustery November day in Massachusetts.   The team showed up on time and the work started quite quickly.  The team was very professional and also very personable; it was great to see a group of individuals really working as a team !   They were patient with my questions.

"When I first contacted Willard, they put me on their schedule for ice dam and snow removal. They told me that it would be a 1 to 2 week wait as they were slammed with work due to the 7 feet of snow that fell in 3 weeks.I told them what my budget was for the removal ($400.00) and they said they would complete as much as they could for that amount.
They called me 1 week later and asked if I still needed their services. They were set to come the next day but I was concerned that they would only get half of the work done and I wasn't sure if it was worth the money. They were willing to come out and look at the job before I committed. They came out and said that they could knock out the job in about an hour. So, with this coming in lower than their initial estimate, I accepted.
I came home from work the next day and there were no ice dams, no snow, absolutely nothing on that side of the roof. They cleaned up the area where they dumped the snow and ice from the roof. They also applied ice melt in the gutter for any lingering ice.
They did a really good job. I would use them again for this service.
The only negative for me was the initial service charge of $200.00 for just showing up. This charge had nothing to do with the labor charges which were $100.00/ per man per hour. I had two workers for 2 1/4 hours. I thought this rate was very fair.
