Took the time to walk me through his findings and explain his concerns and was clear about what he could/did or could not/did not inspect. The written report was also clear and comprehensive. "Rocky and his team were professional, fast, and cost-effective! We had a three-car garage that we wanted to get professionally epoxy coated as I run a small business detailing cars out of it. Rocky came by the same day to provide me with a quote and was able to get the work done the next weekend! The pricing was competitive, the quality was top-notch, and now my garage looks like a professional auto body shop!!! He was also super knowledgeable and the materials and the prep and gave me suggestions on what type of material would work best in my application. Since he has experience in the commercial space, none of the material was that home Depot garbage that delaminates in a year or two. Everything was commercial grade and has a great warranty. I highly recommend him for any type of epoxy floors!"

"Excellent communication from the first meeting to look at the roof, through establishing the contract, scheduling, and completing the work. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. My parents asked me to be on point so much of the communication came to me, yet Rene also kept my parents' updated. Jordan Roofing is professional, timely, and clean up was thorough. Excellent customer service and high quality work. Even the city roof inspector commented that Jordan Roofing Company does excellent work. I highly recommend Jordan Roofing Company."
