"I cannot say enough good things about Jimmy Balson (Senior Project Manager) and Quantum roofing. I found myself in a jam with a substandard new roof installation, and had a formal roof inspection done that ended with a recommendation that the entire new roof be replaced. When I was getting estimates to fix the problem, Quantum Roofing was on time, respected the position in which I found myself, and gave me an accurate and complete estimate of the work that needed to be done. Jimmy gave me a very reasonable price in comparison with other estimates, and with concern for the expense I had already incurred with the substandard roof installation. You do not find that often in our society anymore. Quantum Roofing was able to come sooner than the expected date, and performed quality work with quality products in one day. The roofers were friendly and courteous, as I had a chance to interact with them after I got home from work due to the long hours they spent to replace my roof in one day.
