"I called John on a Thursday night looking for a 9AM, next day inspection of a property on auction that I needed inspected before I put my bid in. "This was the 4th Home Inspection I had in the past year and it was outstanding ! Very reasonable price, came with a nice binder full of informative information as well as some limited warranties and had additional certification for mobile home inspection. "He showed up early. He was polite professional and reasonably priced. Bruce took his time and didn't cut any corners. Mr. Goutier was extremely knowledgeable and answered all question myself or Real Estate Agent asked.
