They were very honest with me and looked through my old contract from the past company who did the roof and told me that it was still under warranty. "Originally reached out to this company for a new roof on a home I was trying to sell. Mike was very quick in getting out to my home, and informative on what we needed to get the job done. In the process of selling, I was told to pause the roofing plans, the owner of the company was extremely communicative, patient, polite, and respectful of all of my back and forth with plans. "They arrived promptly each day and left my yard cleaner than it started. There were a couple of minor glitches due to missed communication between the different crews but they were promptly corrected when pointed out. As with the painting company I hired after Angie's List, Precision exceeded my expectations! When unforeseen damage was found they were flexible and willing to work with me regarding the extra payment. I hope never to need another roof but I would not hesitate to call them!
