"My experience with JD Hostetter was terrific--from scheduling the estimate to working with staff and crew to wrapping up at the end. My three-story house is in a historic district, and we used three colors on the body and one on the porch ceiling. It was a big job, which they got done in a week. "I have used Jerry as a roofing contractor seven years on multiple projects on two homes and have always been pleased with the work, price and customer focus. Jerry and his team did an outstanding job on three roof related projects. Jerry personally installed a roof diverter rail to force rainwater off the sides of our front porch. Jerry added a protective rubber membrane strip. This comes with a five year guarantee. Jerry’s team cleaned our back gutters (1st and 2nd stories) then installed gutters guards. This comes with a 5 yr labor guarantee and 40 yr materials guarantee. Finally, the crew repaired a roof flashing which caused a minor leak. I will certainly use Jerry again on future roof projects."

"I have a number of small issues with my roof that I needed to get fixed, so I started calling around on Wednesday to get some estimates.
Ellerman didn't answer when I called, so I left a message asking him to call me back.
About 30 hours later I got a call back from the owner. I told him I had a number of issues I would like him to take a look at and get me an estimate for and listed off a few (but not all) of them. He asked for my address and said he'd try and send somebody out sometime that day. When I told him nobody would be home to point out the issues he said, "that's fine, we'll take a look" and hung up before I could even tell him everything I wanted done.
If he ever showed up, I have no idea as I haven't received any kind of estimate from him.
He also was very reluctant to do any work on metal roofs.
<edit> After speaking with Ellerman some more I believe this was primarily due to poor communication/misunderstanding. I bear him no ill will and in no way wish this to reflect on the quality of his work. </edit>"

"Anthony was great! He was VERY thorough, & was here for about 4 and a half hours. He was able to tell us everything we needed to have fixed in order to sell our house, and he was very knowledgeable & helpful! He also got back to me very quickly. I reached out to him on a Tuesday, & we had our inspection completed on a Thursday. He also had the inspection report to us within the hour of finishing! He is very fairly priced. "Our house isnâ  t 2 years old yet but the roof is leaking. The builder tried to tell me that it is from wind and not covered under the warranty. I had Mitch come out to do an independent roof inspection. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough performing our inspection. It revealed a few areas of faulty workmanship and no evidence of any natural causes. The full report he provided includes pictures and a detailed analysis.
