This was fine with us since I had called late in the season. I paid half the fee over the phone. Exactly four weeks later they called to schedule. I did not have to track them down. They came when they said they would. They performed the work as requested. There is a 5 year warranty for leaks. I am very pleased with this company. "We are the owners of a townhome in Oro Valley, Arizona and recently had the pleasure of working with Michael on some roof and gutter repairs to our home. He came in the day after we called him and gave us a quote to repair the damaged wood, remove the gutters and some sundry other wood that was damaged, supply all the wood that was somewhat rare and not used much in today's construction. He said he would need a day to get the supplies and would start the following day and complete the work in one (1) day. He started bright and early and completed all the work in a very workmanlike fashion, cleaning up after each step. He hauled away all debris as well as the gutters and left our place spotless. You wouldn't have known anyone was there. We highly recommend him and give him an excellent rating for his work."
