Our AC unit was outside of warranty and it was time for a new one. We looked around, were given long wait times and high prices from several other companies. MAP construction made time to fit us in for an initial inspection, detailed everything they would and could do to help the situation, and were extremely reasonably priced. They were on time when coming to start work, updated us on progress throughout the day, and the final bill was even a little under the initial price!! He was very knowledgeable and personable. He didn't sugar coat things and actually got up on ladders, roofs that he could get to and under things as needed.
