"Tom was extremely thorough and professional.  The 30-page report was excellent and included several pages of pictures making it easy for us to locate what he found.
Additionally, there was another contractor there when he was doing the inspection.  He was very helpful to me by asking some questions of the contractor that I wouldn't have thought or known to ask.  
After the inspection, I called Tom with several additional questions.  He was always very gracious and helpful on those calls as well.
