"The company (Sean) did a pre-drywall inspection on our new home. He was particular and detailed in his inspection. He included pictures of every area that needed attention, which helped immensely. That gave the builder something to go by and me something to compare when corrected. He also had a drone so he could check the roof. After the inspection, I contacted Sean and asked if he had time to explain at 8:00pm because I had to wait until my husband was home and he accepted.
