After the roof was installed, the owner did a bunch of additions which ended up creating a lift in the flashing and shingles the gutters were just dumping water into the crease. Not only did he fix it the very next day, but he stood by his business and didn't even charge us for the repair, and is coming back to do a moss treatment next week! Had slight issue with format of the report, but he did a very thorough job. Some people know that obsidian is volcanic glass in dark and other colors depending on temperature, pressure and other inclusive minerals. It is very sharp in larger form so breaking the material can cause severe cuts. Always use eye & hand protection when handling this material in order to prevent serious lacerations. I have a number of obsidian specimens in my collection."
