"Joe is a project manager for Home Genius Exteriors. He's supervised the installation of my replacement roof. When the foreman informed Joe that some necessary supplies were not part of the shipment delivered, Joe immediately left to get those items from the vendor. Once the job was completed Joe return for a final inspection and even went around with a magnet to make sure all nails were picked up. Joe answered all my questions and was congenial and represented himself well as a professional. I highly recommend Joe to any client or employer."

"Shaw Inc did an inspection that included photos of serious roof deterioration. I accepted the quoted price. We determined that in order to prevent squirrels doing further damage that the nearby tree had to be trimmed back. To my satisfaction, Shaw was equipped to offer this service at an additional reasonable price. I appreciated that either one or the other owners was at the job site throughout the project. Clean up was excellent, as was communication with Shaw."

"I was very pleased with the work done by this company. They made every effort to protect my gardens which made access to the roof a bit more challenging. They left the area on the ground very clean and neat. They started early and made sure I was well undercover as rain was expected that night. The job was completed the next day. They are very hard workers and I was more than satisfied with their work."

"John was prompt to respond to my call when I was experiencing water coming from my roof due to a major rain storm in Central Pa on Sept. 1st. He was at my house within a few hours and quickly accessed the damage by going up on the roof and carefully coming into my home with a mask upon request and taking off his shoes. He gave me an estimate that was fair and I added in boot repair for my vents. He completed the job and had a mishap of one of his tools falling thru my ceiling due to wet drywall. John quickly called me with the news, He offered to refund his payment due to the damage. I agreed that his work was completed and only asked the refund reflect the cost of the drywall. John was very quick to refund MORE then what we agreed upon. This shows his integrity!"
