He was at my house within a few hours and quickly accessed the damage by going up on the roof and carefully coming into my home with a mask upon request and taking off his shoes. He gave me an estimate that was fair and I added in boot repair for my vents. He completed the job and had a mishap of one of his tools falling thru my ceiling due to wet drywall.
