"The last thing I wanted to hear as a new home owner was that my roof was actively leaking and needed attention right away. Tyler and Troy did a fantastic job of not only telling me what the problems were, but showing me what they found. I consider myself pretty handy, but admittedly know next to nothing about roofing. They took the time to help educate along the way, which I really appreciated! I felt confident and comfortable with the investment after our meeting. "I called Choice and reported my problems. They issued a work order and within the hour, I had been notified by S & J Plumbing that they would be here on Thursday. I could not make the time, so I called them and they politely scheduled for the next day. They showed up early, looked over the problems , called in the work to make sure it was covered and they repaired or fixed everything that was needed. They worked on my house like they were working on their own home. After done, they completely cleaned up, reminded me that they guarantee their work, and left. The gentleman who worked on my house was a professional and a credit to his company. I cannot say enough about the quality of work and their concern for everything.
