"Ben was absolutely incredible. We had an urgent ask and he so kindly accommodated our schedule. He was super communicative, knowledgeable, kind and far surpassed our expectations of an inspector. He took the time to understand our situation, give us a quote and deliver quickly. I am blown away by the thoroughness of the report and the quality of his work. This was my first time hiring an inspector, so I didn't know what to expect but I would highly highly recommend Ben!! Thank you!!"

"First time home buyer and was very pleased and content with the home inspection provided by Greg! He was very knowledgeable and provided great insight throughout the home inspection. Following the inspection, the comprehensive report was very helpful and insightful. I highly recommend the Home Education package, buying a home can be a very hectic experience especially before close. With the package Greg comes back to do an inspection post close date to look over the house again. For the peace of mind with was well worth it to walk through the house with a clearer head. 10/10 would recommend Greg to all potential home buyers!"

"Wonderful job to ease our mind when purchasing our new home. Reasonably priced, but in this case the saying "you get what you pay for" does not hold, as we received a thorough inspection along with a great report."

"We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. Triangle Home Exteriors is a great company to work with. We needed to have our siding replaced, and we had gotten quotes from several companies. We found their prices to be very competitive. More importantly, Mike Lindsey gave us a very thorough and professional explanation of the project and gave us a quote quickly. We were informed about the status of the project every step of the way, and the crew showed up on time everyday of the project. Brandon, who oversaw the crew, was also wonderful to work with. He was always very responsive to our questions and requests. When the electrician subcontracted to work on the floodlight re-installation could not complete his job due to personal reasons, Brandon stepped right in to finish the job until late in the day. My wife and I were very pleased with the results. It was money well-spent."

"It went extremely well. Steve and Ron came out to my house and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. They walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. The work was done in a very timely manner...within a week and a half. Every time I had questions, they responded very promptly. The guys who did the work did an excellent job. It only took them one day and they cleaned everything up before leaving, making sure to clean up any nails that might have fallen down while installing the new roof. Barry came out to do the final inspection and was great as well. The entire process could not have gone smoother. It went so well I am now having them come back to do some siding repairs. I would certainly use them again and highly recommend them for others to use."

"My roof is 12 or more years old but I haven't given it much thought. After a couple recent hail storms I was approached by roofing companies for a free inspection. I said "no" to all but A&M as I didn't understand the benefits for me. However, A&M took the time to explain the process to me in a clear manner so I approved the inspection. After finding a lot of wind and some hail damage, I filed a claim with my insurance. The insurance sent an inspector and the inspector recommended a full replacement. Within a couple weeks I had a new roof. The team was in and out in one day. I would recommend A&M to anyone needing roof work."

"I called for estimate Arron responded and was there next morning. He inspected roof on the outside and inside. He went in my attic and showed me his findings with flashlight. Arron inspected my chimmey and advised the best option to fix it and his crew fixed my siding that had come loose from 20 plus years of wind and deteriorating. Arron sat me down and explained EVERYTHING in the estimate down to the materials used and the type of premium shingles he uses that alot of homeowners are not familiar with.. Arron explained how the work would be done and when. I was scheduled for 2 to 3 weeks out, but Arron explained he may call to do it earlier, if weather stopped him from doing a larger job, he would fit me in. He did and Arron completed my roof from estimate to completion in 6 days. His crew completed my job in one day. Arrons crew arrived 7am and was gone before 5pm with not a clue they was even there, other than my new roof. All debris was gone. Arron arrived before 7am and set up his dump trailer and made sure parking and access was safe for his crew. Materials arrive before or with crew and I got out of the way. Arron had a 12 man or more crew that was rolling. Arrons crew fixed my siding on my chimmey while replacing flashing and recommended me getting a chimmey cap for my very large chimmey, but assured the flashing and roof will not leak, if I don't. I chose the upgraded shingles and the work is beautiful, but most importantly, no leaks. This was a important deal for me and my family. Having a older home and this was my second roof job, Arron made this process smooth as butter. It was a pleasure to deal with this company. PRICE WAS 9350.00!! Mistake on my behave in earlier review. Thank you Sir. Ozzie Dxx God bless."

Most mobile home inspections require two to three hours to complete properly. The timeline varies based on your home's size, age, and overall condition. Inspectors need sufficient time to examine all major systems, document their findings, and compile their observations.
If the inspector discovers concerning issues that warrant deeper investigation, the process may take longer. For the most thorough assessment, try to schedule your inspection during daylight hours when visibility is optimal.
Pay close attention to water damage indicators like ceiling stains, warped flooring, or musty odors. Structural concerns, including uneven floors, sagging rooflines, or doors that won't close properly, suggest potential foundation issues. Electrical problems such as flickering lights, warm outlets, or outdated wiring present serious safety hazards.
Impromptu modifications or repairs performed without proper permits often signal deeper problems. Windows that don't seal properly may indicate structural shifting or water infiltration.
Yes, professional inspectors evaluate the foundation components and anchoring mechanisms during a thorough assessment. They examine support piers, blocks, and tie-downs for proper installation and condition. The inspection includes checking for appropriate ground clearance and adequate ventilation beneath the home.
Proper anchoring is essential for stability during adverse weather conditions. Foundation issues can affect everything from door alignment to plumbing function, making this a critical part of any comprehensive inspection.
Industry professionals recommend scheduling maintenance inspections every two to three years for manufactured homes. Homes in regions with extreme weather conditions may benefit from more frequent evaluations. Consider arranging an inspection after significant storms or if you notice any unusual changes in your home's condition.
Regular assessments help identify minor issues before they develop into major problems. Maintaining documentation of these inspections also provides valuable records for insurance purposes or future sale considerations.
Search for inspectors with certifications from recognized professional organizations in your state. Specialized training or experience with manufactured housing is particularly valuable for these unique structures. Ask potential inspectors about their familiarity with HUD standards for manufactured homes. Professional membership in industry associations often indicates commitment to ongoing education and ethical standards. Request sample reports from prospective inspectors to evaluate their thoroughness and clarity of communication.
Many insurance providers consider inspection results when determining policy rates and coverage terms. A positive report demonstrating well-maintained systems and the absence of hazards may qualify you for better rates. Addressing issues identified during inspection demonstrates proactive maintenance that insurers often reward. Some companies offer specific discounts for homes that meet certain safety and structural standards.
Contact your insurance provider before scheduling an inspection to understand exactly what documentation they require for potential premium reductions.
