He did a lot of detailed work and his report also contained pictures as well as a written report of his entire inspection. Some of what was pointed out as a potential problem or concern for me as a buyer did not turn out to be as much of a concern as first thought but Mr. Williams inspection at least gave me the opportunity to ask the seller clarifying questions. "Exceptional! Neil and his team is a FIVE Star company without question. A large tree fell on my mother's home in a recent storm, damaging the roof, soffit, and and 6 sheets of roof decking. Radiant Roofing was very prompt and provided a good price for the quality of material and work that needed done. They removed two layers of old roofing, replaced the damaged roof decking, soffit, rafter and rebuilt the corner.
