"The Roof Masters ran a clean job of removing old flat roof and installing a new one. They have a 20 year transferable warranty on the entire roof. They did not charge for bad wood replacement which I had. They accidentally tore a hole in my in my canvas car port and replaced the entire canvas by the canvas expert that originally installed the car port. This was done at no cost to me. I had paid them only one half of the price of the roof and they did not hassle me for any more money during the wait for the canvas to be installed. I made the final payment on the roof after I inspected the canvas install. I feel the owner, Adolfo Verdugo, is a upstanding citizen and a fair business man."

"Tim arrived from Jordan Roof Company and he was most helpful. He assured me the rain drops I had previously heard were not falling on my former fan, but on the T-shaped vent on the roof and their echoes were heard down the duct to the ceiling area of the fan. He also looked at the old fan and surrounding wood pieces that had some minor water damage, and he felt it was from minor water entering from side winds in a big storm, and there was no water danger to my attic without the old duct in place temporarily until a new fan is installed.. He offered install of a new screened vent to prevent animals from entering the vent, but I declined because my handyman had installed the screen from the old fan over the roof vent opening as a temporary measure, and it seemed to be a good fix for now. Tim agreed and thought it was a smart solution. Tim impressed me as a sincere, upright and honest business person, no hard sell, understanding, cooperative and helpful, and I take that as representative of Jordon Roofing. He said his owner had recently purchased their building, and I see that as the owner's dedication to his work. After many years as a licensed roofing contractor since 1981, he was still investing in his business by making this property purchase. Tim said his organization is faith based, which to me underscores his honest and open approach. I would contact this company again with no hesitation. They even have a physical Garden Grove address and an actual person answers their phone, which means a lot to me in this day of PO Box addresses, voice messages, and recorded voicemail responses, involved in contacts with some other companies.
