Talking to AJ and having him answer the list of questions thoroughly in language that was easy to understand is what sealed the deal for me. The 4 workers showed up at approx. 8AM as I was told. These guys worked from sunrise to sunset and my roof was all done in one day. The raw material supplies for the roof arrived one day prior to the installation date (8/29/24). "I was very disappointed in quality of work I received. First they did not let me know they were at my home, just got on roof and began working. Had to have them back several times as the one leak they were hired to do fix did not hold even after multiple cans of silicone . Then I was informed by office person that it was another problem not covered by original price quote. I feel they should have honored the original price quote as it was for locating and repairing all leaks on patio roof. I must say I don't think the workers were qualified to do roofing and did not do quality work. I was very disappointed. I don't usually complain about service I receive but felt it necessary this time as I didn't want someone else to have same experience. Georgia B.
