They cleaned up everything when they were done, which I have had other contractors that did not. He will be our forever GC as there doesn’t appear to be anything he and his teams can’t handle. He discussed his findings and recommended that no replacement was required, and the rain guards while showing some minor storm damage, was still functional and didn't feel replacing them would be of benefit at this time. I was pleased that he took the time to review everything and also felt the roof had many years of service left."
