He took over 4 hours to complete the categories on his report format. Within 2 days he forwarded his report to my email and I was able to address some concerns he had with the company I was buying my home from. His report fee was very reasonable and stated if I have any further concerns that he would be available to help me understand what type of remedies could be considered.
