"Man, these guys were exactly what I needed. I had Brian out to my house and did the most thorough inspection and found issues that I had no clue were going on. He was very knowledgeable and treated me and my home withe respect you would hope to expect. He went through and showed me all the materials and walked me through the entire experience. "The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

They made me feel that I was an important customer and that none of my questions or concerns were out of line. "Home exteriors was very professional. Came out promptly for an estimate. The roof was larger than the angie's list deal allowed, but the price was still very fair. They were able to schedule very quickly (less than 3 weeks) and did the work over 2 days. They cleaned up the tear off materials and put on the new roof. Quality is good and it looks good also. We did have a problem with a gutter leaking in heavy rain. I called to report it and they sent someone out the next day and had it fixed. No problems since I would definitely recommend them again!"
