"I recently had the pleasure of working with Clear View to renovate my kitchen, bathroom, and add a pantry to my home, and I could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. The process began with a comprehensive consultation where the team listened attentively to my ideas and requirements. They offered valuable insights and suggestions to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the spaces. Their attention to detail during the planning phase set the tone for the entire project. The construction work was carried out with exceptional craftsmanship. Every detail, from the tiling and cabinetry to the plumbing and electrical work, was executed flawlessly. The team clearly took pride in their work, and it showed in the final results. Throughout the project, the team maintained a clean and organized work environment. They took great care to protect my home and belongings, which I truly appreciated. Their respect for my space was evident, and they left the area spotless upon completion."

"I am ecstatic in writing this review on behalf of a property complex I manage as on onsite manager for Sunrise Management. Fausto was able to execute a project for our community complex that our insurance company had required us to complete for safety measures. Which by the way passed the final inspection. From meeting with the owner, receiving estimates, to scheduling, communication, this company has gone above & beyond. I would highly recommend to other management companies and anyone else looking to get work done by this professional and knowledgeable team. Not to mention they are affordable and knowledgeable in so many different realms in construction. They explain the process from start to finish and answer any questions along the way or concerns. They are insured and bonded as well, so you know this is a professional company overall to follow all safety measures in carrying out projects."

"The Roof Masters stood out from other roofing contractors for the following reasons: 1) transferrable leak warranty, 2) a comprehensive work order, 3) sales rep was the same person that would oversee the job, 4) a competitive price, and 5) good reviews. I was very pleased with the communication and professionalism of both the in-office and the field personnel. My property manager visited the site during the roof installation and made a final inspection upon completion. He was pleased with the work and clean up. I was provided with quality photos of the roof before and after the job was completed. The work was done in a timely, professional manner with no complaints from the property manager or the tenants. The Roof Masters took extra precaution to protect tenant property by tarping the open-beam ceiling prior to beginning the job. I would certainly recommend them."

"Overall, the job went very well. Aaron was the supervisor and was able to expedite my job to a window in his schedule that no other contractors were able to accommodate. There was a nice week between storms that he got his crew in to remove the old tiles, clean up, perform inspections and get the new materials installed. There was a minor glitch in the removal part of the job (a rain gutter was damaged), but Aaron handled it exceptionally. At the end of the job, I asked Aaron to take my phone camera onto the roof and take pictures, since I can't get up there myself to inspect. He provided excellent photos of all the critical areas of the roof, louvers, pipe outlets, etc. He even provided photos of the chimney stucco that shows extreme weather damage, so I can show them to the next (stucco) contractor for that upcoming job. Thanks Aaron."

Most mobile home inspections require two to three hours to complete properly. The timeline varies based on your home's size, age, and overall condition. Inspectors need sufficient time to examine all major systems, document their findings, and compile their observations.
If the inspector discovers concerning issues that warrant deeper investigation, the process may take longer. For the most thorough assessment, try to schedule your inspection during daylight hours when visibility is optimal.
Pay close attention to water damage indicators like ceiling stains, warped flooring, or musty odors. Structural concerns, including uneven floors, sagging rooflines, or doors that won't close properly, suggest potential foundation issues. Electrical problems such as flickering lights, warm outlets, or outdated wiring present serious safety hazards.
Impromptu modifications or repairs performed without proper permits often signal deeper problems. Windows that don't seal properly may indicate structural shifting or water infiltration.
Yes, professional inspectors evaluate the foundation components and anchoring mechanisms during a thorough assessment. They examine support piers, blocks, and tie-downs for proper installation and condition. The inspection includes checking for appropriate ground clearance and adequate ventilation beneath the home.
Proper anchoring is essential for stability during adverse weather conditions. Foundation issues can affect everything from door alignment to plumbing function, making this a critical part of any comprehensive inspection.
Industry professionals recommend scheduling maintenance inspections every two to three years for manufactured homes. Homes in regions with extreme weather conditions may benefit from more frequent evaluations. Consider arranging an inspection after significant storms or if you notice any unusual changes in your home's condition.
Regular assessments help identify minor issues before they develop into major problems. Maintaining documentation of these inspections also provides valuable records for insurance purposes or future sale considerations.
Search for inspectors with certifications from recognized professional organizations in your state. Specialized training or experience with manufactured housing is particularly valuable for these unique structures. Ask potential inspectors about their familiarity with HUD standards for manufactured homes. Professional membership in industry associations often indicates commitment to ongoing education and ethical standards. Request sample reports from prospective inspectors to evaluate their thoroughness and clarity of communication.
Many insurance providers consider inspection results when determining policy rates and coverage terms. A positive report demonstrating well-maintained systems and the absence of hazards may qualify you for better rates. Addressing issues identified during inspection demonstrates proactive maintenance that insurers often reward. Some companies offer specific discounts for homes that meet certain safety and structural standards.
Contact your insurance provider before scheduling an inspection to understand exactly what documentation they require for potential premium reductions.
