"I had an outstanding experience with The Inspection Guys LLC! Their team was professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through every detail of the inspection, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. The report was detailed, easy to understand, and delivered promptly. I felt confident moving forward with my home purchase thanks to their expertise. Highly recommend their top-notch service to anyone needing a reliable inspection!"

"The inspection detail and turnaround time for the report were phenomenal. Our inspector, Chuck, even used a drone to inspect the high elevation areas with really crisp pictures, which I thought was cool. 15/10 would recommend!"

"Brian completed a thorough report and was pleasant to work with through the inspection process."

"The home inspector was courtesy, friendly, and completed the inspection efficiently, providing the homeowner verbal information before completing and submitting the written home inspection report within the same day. Outstanding timeliness and customer service!!"

"Benjamin was a knowledgeable inspector that walked us through his entire inspection process and the things he found wrong. I would definitely recommend and will be sure to contact him again in the future!"

"Many roofers approached us after a recent hail storm and said that if we paid them the homeowner’s insurance deductible they would give us a new roof and they “would handle all the insurance issues.” I was uncomfortable with that approach. I wanted to know the details of the insurance settlement and I wanted to understand the quality of the roof and the warranties. Abel, the owner of Artisan Quality Roofing, sat down with us for about 2 hours and outlined what he thought needed to be done. He had a drone take pictures of my house and he looked at the fans in my attic and the skylights that would need replacement. Abel worked independently of the insurance company. He gave me his own quote for the roofing job. The insurer then did its own inspection and gave me a different quote. Ultimately the insurer added supplements to cover additional damage that Abel found. This approach was financially advantageous to me. The total cost, net of insurance, that I finally paid was less than half my deductible and I got a high quality roof with a long transferable guarantee on the shingles and the workmanship from CertainTeed as well as a full 10-year workmanship guarantee from Abel and Artisan Quality Roofing. Abel and the office staff at Artisan Quality Roofing were very easy to deal with. They answered all my questions promptly and helped me through the process. There were some small wrinkles involving replacing older oddly-sized skylights but Abel addressed them honestly and fairly and they all worked out. The roofing crew at Artisan Quality Roofing is Abel’s own crew; they have been working together for over 10 years. They not only know what they are doing but they also treat their customers with courtesy and respect. I got quotes from 5 different roofers and I am very glad that I went with Abel and Artisan Quality Roofing. They were terrific, I was very pleased."

"Greg was thorough and had a wealth of knowledge during my first time buyer walkthrough/inspection. Would definitely go back to ask for his expertise. Pricing for services were within budget as well."

"Mike arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of our home. We wanted this prior to the ending of our builder contract. He showed us exactly what was needed and explained in plain terms what we should tell the builder. Mike showed us issues needing correction that we would never have seen on our own. He was very professional and his report was sent to us within 24 hours."

"From the initial visit with the salesman to the production coordinators to the project managers to the boots on the ground (or roof) my experience with Home Genius Exteriors has been amazing! Tony, the Project Manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to walk me through every phase of my roof and siding replacement. He was very responsive, even during off-work hours. He addressed every concern I had and was thoughtful in his responses. He was very thorough when conducting inspections, identifying action items I didnâ t see, even if it meant additional work for his field crew at no extra cost. I canâ t say enough about the field crews for both my roof and siding replacements. They were incredible and they didnâ t treat my house as â just the next jobâ . They catered to my houseâ s needs, worked extremely efficiently, and did everything I asked of them. I would highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors for roof, siding, and gutter needs!"

"We hired Triangle Home Exteriors for a full wrap siding work after reading about them and meeting with Beth in person. Beth was patient and helpful and negotiated with us regarding additional projects and detailed the work in a nice presentation and through the invoices. The gem to her business is Brandon her project manager who helped moved items out of the way and made sure the crew stayed on task and even sometimes took to task himself on the project or brought something to attention when something even a small detail did not look correct, which my daughter respected. All house projects can be a little stressful especially smack dab in the middle of the holiday season like ours was, but 3/4 of the job was done before X-mas, and it turned out well especially the siding color and trim. I would recommend Beth and her crew for your siding needs."
