I was there for the entire thing and he took the time to explain what he saw and answer all of my questions. He did a very thorough report with pictures. It is Real Estate Inspections policy to have it to the owner within two business days. Don had it to me in one day. I am not sure how he had the time to put such a thorough report together in ~24 hours, but I was impressed.
