Cory was our inspector today, he showed up an hour early to get a head start and had inspected the exterior of the property before I arrived. He had great communication skills and took time to go over everything he had reviewed so far before we went inside. Once inside I was continually impressed with the process. Constant communication, very welcoming of questions and the software driven documentation process gave us confidence that everything being inspected would end up on the report.
