I was notified by my agent that our offer was accepted and we needed to order a home inspection, that same day I called eagle inspection and a representative was readily available and took a few pieces of information and the inspection was set for the very next day with 4 different time slots to choose from. we meet Luis our home inspector and he was extremely nice, attentive, professional, experienced, very detailed, honest and simply just a pleasure to work with. once the inspection was done we got both full reports the very next day with pictures and explanation as to what's going on. I've had a home inspection done in the past for another home and this was my very best experience by far. "Genius was very professional, courteous and communicated well throughout. Shortly after my purchase, he confirmed acceptance of my proposed work date. I called him the morning of the job and left him a voicemail which he returned within a half hour. He arrived at the time he said he would and was friendly and presentable as a professional should be. We discussed the work to be done and he explained it should take about 2 hours to complete for the size of my roof. I also pointed out some porch roof flashing that was in need of repair and asked if he could do fix it as well. He agreed and began unloading equipment. He got to work quickly and I saw him move to the porch roof when he was done with the main roof. Shortly thereafter he knocked and informed me that he was done with all of the work. I stepped out to visually inspect the porch roof work and it was repaired and quite tidy. I asked how much the extra work would cost me and he responded that there was no additional charge as it was minor and straight forward. He also informed me that the roof was in fairly good condition and the new coating is expected to last about 4 years. When I offered to pay him something for the extra work he refused and said it was not a problem. We shook hands and Geno went on his way. I am very happy with the work, the price and his professionalism and highly recommend him!"
