"It went exceedingly well. We had someone out to inspect and quote the day after initial contact. He took pictures of the damage and showed me exactly what needed to be done. "It began with a detailed inspection of the condition of our roof. Every aspect of the inspection was professional and made my wife and I really comfortable in using their service as opposed to others. They had a great selection for us to choose from (we went with the Corning product). They were able to get us scheduled in no time at all. No debris was left once they were done. "Very prompt return of my initial call in 5/2014 (Mr. Martins was out of the country!) Came to my house himself and inspected my roof and gave me a written estimate. Was still willing to work with me when I had to delay getting the roof replaced 6 months later due to problems dealing with my home owners insurance company. Started the work promptly on 11/4/14 and completed the work as promised on 11/5/14. The roof looks great! His co-workers were very polite and prompt. They cleaned up all the material and debris and left me some replacement shingles to have on hand. Mr. Martins was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He gave a lot of free advice even before I hired his company to replace my roof. I am very happy to have my new roof before the winter starts. Peace of mind is a wonderful thing! Would recommend Mr. Martins and Perfection Roofing in the future.
He stood by his initial estimate. There were no surprises. He gave me suggestions for selecting the roof color. Quality materials were used as promised. Looking forward to many years with my new roof!
