They go over every part of the house from the roof to the foundation and explain all their findings to the home buyer and their realtor during the inspection. Steve and Bob are professionals who put buyers at ease during their inspection not only because of their many years of knowledge and experience, but because they have a great calming personality who put anxious buyers at ease during their inspection. Then provide a very detailed thirty plus page report including pictures usually by the next day. Steve always offers a follow up phone call if the buyer wants to go over any part of the report or has any follow up questions. Steve makes scheduling an inspection and payment extremely easy for a buyer. As long as they are in business, I will call them every time I need a home inspection."

"Ray and his crew did an excellent job on the exterior painting. They also repaired 2 window sills and the porch overhang while adding insulation as well. Ray is an honest, integral man that wants to make sure you are happy when the job is done. Not only would I recommend Ray to everyone, I also would recommend people call Ray for estimates on other projects and even the stuff he does not do.
