"After a severe thunderstorm in our area we happened to notice that night that a large amount of water was on the floor in several rooms of our home. I called Cypress early the next morning (Friday) and they were able to arrange a roof inspection within two hours or so. Cypress Sales Rep Camden Jones soon arrived and conducted a thorough inspection and found no damage to the roof that would have caused the flooding. Camden then searched for a possible cause and located several entry points for water that were obscured by the landscaping that I was unaware of but will address with my landscape guy. Camden refused to charge for any of the inspection and the whole experience was professional and positive and should I experience any roofing issues in the future I will be contacting Cypress Roofing. I love great service and I recommend that you do the same."
