His services are affordable and he was very timely, accommodating, courteous, personable, professional, communicative, willing to go out of his way for us and incredibly flexible when we encountered scheduling issues with the tenants that are currently renting the property (an ordeal that quickly turned into a nightmare, especially given the fact that we already had a fast approaching deadline to have the inspection done). "We contacted Diamond Roofing and Construction about what we thought was a leak originating in our roof. We had already had a plumber and a leak detection specialist out to find the source of the leak. Both stated it was likely the roof. Diamond Roofing responded promptly to an request through Angie's List and came out to inspect. They took their time and scoured the roof and the attic for a leak source. They replaced some shingles around some vents. There was not a clear culprit for the leak. We were hoping this did the trick. Unfortunately the leak continued. We got in touch with Diamond again and they promptly responded and came out again. They diligently searched and finally determined it was actually a leak from our shower!!! Despite a plumber being very certain it wasn't a plumbing issue. I cannot say enough great things about Diamond. They all worked so hard to find the leak and ended up not charging us anything despite all of their time and effort! I highly recommend Diamond Roofing and Construction."

"During a roof inspection, it was discovered that all 22 attic vents of my roof were failing due to poor mfg quality and the effects of UV. Not a good time to have 22 holes in a Northwest roof. I contacted Rubicon Roofing and within 10 minutes received a return call. Dennis (owner) came promptly, surveyed the work, and I accepted his offer to do the repair. "I'm so pleased with this entire experience it is almost difficult to know where to begin. Curtis, the owner, arrived on time for our appointment, spending as much time as necessary to answer my question and educate me on all of my choices. He then tailored the job to match my requests and code requirements, while keeping an eye on my insurance adjuster's estimate. This helped ensure a smooth process for me financially, which I appreciate. The roofing materials were delivered the day before start day and properly staged on the roof. On roofing day Curtis' crew showed up on time and attacked the job like a well-choreographed bee swarm. I've never seen a more polite, harder-working crew than this crew. They managed to knock out this job in one day, finishing a day ahead of schedule. When they were done they cleaned up completely, leaving my yard cleaner than they found it! My new roof looks great, and is guaranteed for life as long as I live here, or carries a 25-year guarantee should I sell my home before then. It is such peace of mind knowing that I will never again have to worry about my roof! To say I'm impressed doesn't do what they delivered justice...I'm in awe!
