One of the biggest factors in signing was that the folks who do the work are company employees, not contractors. Fast forward a few weeks later and Paul Camarro and his crew showed up at the house on time and ready to work. When they were done, Paul showed us photos of the completed repair work, so I knew they delivered as promised. Jose is in the process of making a follow-up appointment so that he can inspect the job and make sure that we are completely satisfied. From Cat Vaillancourt and Mary Kay Macfarlane in the office to Jose to Paul, every person we dealt with at Vaillancourt was fantastic and professional. Randy walked me through the entire house and educated me on everything he saw and ways to fix issues that were seen. "The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

"An outstanding job all around. Crew was professional, Tom the owner was very responsive and addressed all our questions promptly. We have a very old home with lightening system, cupola, dormer, skylights, vents and two chimneys. There was a lot that could have gone wrong but literally everything was spot on. And, the entire property was left clean, nails removed and wrappers/trash taken away. We have bushes everywhere around the house and there was virtually no signs that our roof was replaced other than the beautiful new roof. Well done Marquis Roofing!"
