"When we wanted to have our front deck covered and screened in, we made the mistake of having a pair of handymen do the job, rather than a construction contractor. They did a pretty good job of building the additional roof, enclosing the deck, and installing screens, but they didn't lay the new shingles properly to ensure that they wouldn't leak. When we had heavy rain, there were drips and runnels of water coming out of the eaves under the new roof section. Michael Hartgraves from Premiere Roofing Services came out right at the appointed time, and quickly identified the problem. He determined what was needed to repair the roof, and emailed me an estimate on the spot. It required tearing off the existing shingles, putting down underlayment, including waterproof membrane along the valleys where the two sections of roof joined, then laying new shingles from the peak to the front of the house. We were so well impressed with his professionalism that we canceled an appointment with another roofer to evaluate our problem. The next week, Michael's crew came right at the appointed time and did the whole job in half a day. They brought a large high sided trailer to haul off the removed materials, and left no debris behind. We've had some heavy rain storms since then, and there were no leaks at all. Premiere Roofing Services is a very professional and reliable company. I highly recommend them for any roofing need."
